Mortal Shell 2 Baghead Quest & Secret Ending

Quick answer: Meet Baghead on the stone throne near Illusionist's Cache, accept his request, fetch Special Moonshine, put it back after he rejects it, then return empty-handed and confirm every final prompt.

Quest walkthrough
- Reach Desolate Peak from the Citadel of Penance side and find Baghead's stone throne before Illusionist's Cache.
- Sit with the group, exhaust the dialogue, and agree to help.
- Pick up the Special Moonshine near the dungeon entrance and offer it to Baghead.
- After he rejects it, read the nearby note and place the Moonshine back on its crate.
- Return to Baghead empty-handed and answer Yes through the final confirmations to trigger the alternate credits and Bag Holder.
Important note
Save first. This is a joke ending sequence and can interrupt what you planned to do next, even though it is separate from the main Send Ova ending route.
